This product is a kind of non air entraining water reducing agent which is developed by the Department of civil engineering, Tsinghua University. It is mainly composed of sulfonate formaldehyde condensate or its homologue and compounded with other effective ingredients. This product has passed the joint technical appraisal organized by Tsinghua University and Shandong Economic and Technological Commission. It has the domestic advanced level and is the most widely used high-efficiency water reducing agent in China It has the same performance with the advanced superplasticizer "Mai Di" in the world.

2、 Application scope and purpose
After hwr-s superplasticizer is mixed into concrete, it can greatly improve the mixing flow dynamics, increase the workability, reduce the water consumption of the mixture, reduce the water cement ratio and make the mixture still have good workability, which greatly improves the concrete strength, and can save 15-20% of the cement under the condition that the concrete mixture has similar workability with that without hwr-s, and similar strength with hardened concrete. Hwr-s superplasticizer is suitable for the preparation of high-strength concrete, ultra-high strength concrete, early strength concrete, impermeable concrete, pumping concrete, self pouring concrete, natural curing and steam curing prefabricated components, reinforced concrete and concrete engineering.
1. Use the same amount of cement and keep similar workability. The compressive strength can be increased by 50-90% in 3 days, 60-70% in 7 days and 30-60% in 28 days. 500-800 × concrete can be prepared by mixing 525 × ordinary portland cement with hwr-s superplasticizer.
2. The slump of hwr-s mixed with 0.5-1.0% (cement dosage) can be increased from 3-5cm to 15-20cm.
3. The water reduction rate is high, and the water reduction rate can reach 15-20% when hwr-s is added into the mixture with similar slump.
4. Save cement. When the later strength and workability are the same, it can save about 20% of cement. When the later strength and workability are the same, it can save about 10-20% of cement.
5. It has good adaptability to ordinary portland cement, slag cement and fly ash cement.
6. The steam curing has good adaptability, can shorten the curing time, reduce the curing temperature, save energy consumption, and improve the output and quality.
7. After the concrete is mixed with hwr-s, its freeze-thaw property sometimes increases significantly, improving the impermeability and durability of the concrete, reducing the shrinkage of the concrete, and having no adverse effect on the carbonation of the concrete.
8. It has no corrosion effect on the reinforcement.
3、 Main test indication
1. Solid content: powder 93%, liquid 40%.
2. PH value 7-9.
3. Surface tension: 1% solution 70% dyne / cm.
4. Sulfuric acid content is 15-20%. 5. The fluidity of cement paste is 240mm. 6. Powder 0.5-1.0% (water conversion)
4、 Packaging, transportation and storage
1. The powder products are woven packaging, lined with plastic bags. Net weight: 25kg. 40kg.
2. The liquid agent is in 200kg barrel.
3. The storage period of powder should be three years.
